Thrive Tempe welcomes your fury friends! As a pet-friendly community, we proudly welcome cats and dogs here at Thrive Tempe. Pets welcome upon approval. Weight limit is 35 pounds. There is a household limit of 2 pets per household. Monthly pet rent is $40. The pet deposit is $300. The pet fee is $300. The pet deposit is refundable upon terms and conditions. Please note breed restrictions apply. Breed restrictions are, but not limited to, Pitbull, Chow, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd.  If bringing a service or emotional support animal we require; all your medical, veterinary and animal control documentation.
